Monitoring Management duties in clinical studies for medical devices under the new GCP, GPSP, and Clinical Trials Act.
・Monitoring work including explanation of the clinical trial process, confirmation of the GCP/protocol compliance status, collecting and providing safety information, installations and servicing of medical devices, facilitating patient enrollment, source data verification (SDV), and review and collection of case report forms
・Monitors optimal allocation
・Ensuring high quality of monitoring in clinical studies
・Increasing monitor engagement
・Trial-related internal records, mainly generating monitoring reports and review
・Support for monitoring planning, creation of clinical study reports, and documents relating to the monitoring team
・Education and supervision of lead monitors and monitors
・Support for the role of lead monitors, acting as a lead monitor if necessary
・Procedures in clinical trial contracts, extention of trials and personnel changes

必須 ・大卒以上
・Monitoring & Management Experiences in clinical studies involving drugs or medical devices
・英語力（目安 TOEIC 700以上）
・+5 years of monitoring experience in clinical studies involving drugs or medical devices
・Ability to learn product knowledge
・People management experience
・Communication skill
・Presentation skills
・Sense of independence
・Ambition
・Experience in the medical device industry
