Responsibilities:
Research and analyze business opportunities on regional scale, consistent with the organization’s long range and
strategic plans.
Evaluates projects through financial feasibility studies, market research, planning, and its international impact
on the business.
Travel to assigned customers to discuss potential platforms or current projects
Oversee the development and implementation of large complex projects that have a significant impact to the
business
Leads and develop a team of Program Managers and Engineers responsible for specific portions of the overall
project.
Project yearly sales on all parts sold to customer and develop long range sales forecast. Develop and implement
business growth strategies.
Oversee planning and project timetable to ensure commitments made to customer are met in a timely manner
and within budget.
Establish, maintain and enhance connections with responsible customer team
・Daily, weekly, monthly and periodic sales & engineering reports.

【Must】
・10年以上の車載での営業経験
・樹脂自動車部品のご経験のある方
・自動車業界で勤務経験がある方
・英語はビジネスレベル（海外との問題なく会話できる方）
・TOEIC:800以上
