About the program:
Our new Aspire Retail Management Program offers you a unique opportunity to discover luxury retail with a first-class luxury Maison. During this two-year accelerated Retail Management program, you will see every facet of the Cartier luxury retail experience. During the two year of the program you will stay in the same country. Year one of the program focuses on all aspects of our boutique operation. In year two, the focus is on the development of your boutique management skills. With rotations in the boutique and missions with other business areas of the Maison, you will enjoy a unique start towards your retail management career.

必須 Who we look for:
The program is for the entrepreneurial and agile, the open-minded and curious, and those who lead with emotional intelligence. You appreciate being part of a team from diverse international, educational and professional backgrounds. During the two year of the program you will stay in the same country. Upon completion, you are open to international placement. Fluent in English and you have between two to five years’ previous experience in either e-commerce, digital, marketing, product development, retail, or client services in any industry, and either an MBA or Master's Degree is mandatory required. This program will start from April 1st 2022.歓迎 - MBA or Master's Degree holder
- More than 2-5 years of office work expereince with any fucntion/industry background
- Bilingual - Native/fluent in Japanese and fluent/business in English
- Retail/luxury expereince is not mandatory required for applying
