・Develop strategic plans and implement internal communication activities regarding corporate topics of Pharmaceutical division in Japan, based on agreed objective and strategy, under the guidance of Head of Communications.
・Development strategies for internal communications (such as Corporate topics include business strategy, business results, innovations, corporate culture, HR related topics, crisis communications etc.) as well as executive communication to employees by liasiing with Head of Communications.
- 求められるスキルは

必須 ・A university degree, minimum B.A. or equivalent
・In addition to the native level of Japanese, English language fluency in spoken and written is a must Skills/experiences (>850 Toeic)
・Minimum of 3-5 years of professional communication experience, preferably in the medical related industry
・Solid track record of successful change management project experience
・Strong in relationship building with internal stakeholders (incld. executives) and other relevant external stakeholder groups
・Solid understanding of internal communication strategy
・Proactively drive internal communications forward
・Passion for innovative communication approach using unconventional channels (e.g. digital com, SNS etc.)
