People management focusing on members competencies building to ensure consistency of knowledge & standards and professional growth of the members while fostering a culture of excellence & continuous learning. Support chapter members career development
Work with Agile unit lead and product owners to assess resource requirements in the squads and allocate / relocate members to meet the needs of the squads & people development
Provide knowledge and expertise both within squads and as an expert consultant in other squads when needed. As squad member in the cross-functional organization: deliver sales technology solutions, omni-channel CRM, and other customer facing solutions to Japan business users, by collaborating with overseas product teams
Communicate IT strategy and portfolio Japan business needs
Build strong network within divisional IT and IT Hubs and encourage sharing expertise and lessons learned and providing input to the enterprise digital strategy. - 求められるスキルは

必須 Knowledge of and practical experience in the competence area the chapter is encompassing (Commercial Technology, CRM)
Experience with leading teams
Demonstrated superior management skills as well as communication skills that emphasize collaboration in a matrixed organization and ability to align the organization towards best outcomes keeping in mind business needs as well as Technology requirements and best practices
Strong IT skills backed by experience
5+ years' experience in IT solution delivery project as a business analyst, technical analysist and/or project lead
5+ years of working experience in multi-national companies with industry regulation such as financial/medical device
3+ years' of experience in managing a team in global matrix environment/structure including vendor resources歓迎 Open mindset with ability to self-learn and develop business and technical knowledge quickly and apply these to the business problems. Initiative to keep both own and colleagues' skills up to date
Motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills to work in a geographically disbursed environment
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences. Bilingual Japanese/English
Ability to understands the implications of new technologies, understand and communicate industry developments, and the role and impact of technology in a changing world
Being energetic, forward-looking, influential and having strong curiosity on diverse topics both technical and non-technical
Ability to think strategically and operationalize

- 年俸制 800万円 ~ 1400万円
