- Having a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital CRM marketing
- Creating and Designing communication scheme and consumer journey by customer status and clusters
- Collaborating with internal teams such as IT, CRM, marketing, media and vendor partners to optimize user experience
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing activities, assess against goals and improve performances accordingly
- Identifying trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch point - 求められるスキルは

必須 - Min 2-3 years experiences in digital marketing
- Ability to work many tasks simultaneously
- Language: Native Japanese, business level of English
- Team working spirit and good communication skills to co-work with varied counterparts
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Japanese
- Preferable to be familiar with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Social Listening or other digital analytics tools
- Working experience in consumer goods industries preferred
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
