As part of the Security Department you will be overseeing and managing the compliance of H&M Japan.1. Risk Management リスク・マネージメント
You identify and implement compliance strategies and auditing programs to ensure that the company safety and security standards and goals are reached in accordance to local legislation.
2. Team チームを導く
You support, lead and manage the auditor team to drive the safety and security culture across your country organization.
3. Profitability 収益
You follow up and analyze main KPI and initiate actions to increase profit, balancing long and short-term plans. - 求められるスキルは

必須 Necessary Skills 必須条件
● Fluent - Native Level Japanese 流暢・ネイティブ日本語レベル
● Fluent/Business Level English (written and spoken) 流暢・ビジネス英語レベル
● Some kind of background in Japanese Law (have studied Law or have experience of working in a legal/compliance team) 日本の法律に関しての知識・また法務・コンプライアンス・リーガル関係の業務経験がある方
● Not hesitant to work with multiple departments; has great interpersonal and communication skills 関連部署と英語・日本語で円滑にコミュニケーションをとることができる方 - 雇用形態は
