Main Responsibilities:
● Manage product care from introduction and launch of global products in Japan through stable operation and discontinuation.
● Provide inquiry support for employees and customers, including reporting to the global organization.
● Plan and execute training for field scientists responsible for customer support.
● Create technical documents and promotional materials, including translation if needed.
● Communicate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and manage academic seminars and conference exhibits.
● Develop business cases and track KPIs for responsible products.
● Facilitate communication with the global organization, providing training and lifecycle management support.
● Serve as the final authority for product support in Japan and establish a global support system.
● Contribute to cost control and stable operations through effective management.
● Attend overseas training and implement it domestically. - 求められるスキルは

必須 Experience & Skills:
● A background in medicine, biology, clinical lab science, pharmacy with 5+ years of experience in clinical testing is essential.
● 3+ years of experience in marketing, scientific support, product development, or design at a medical device/reagent manufacturer or scientific analysis equipment/reagent companies is required.
● Preferred experience in marketing, scientific support, development, or design of in vitro diagnostics.
● Experience in launching in vitro diagnostics is a plus.
● Ability to work independently, with strong communication, logical thinking, and explanation skills.
● Intermediate English or higher
● Basic knowledge of clinical laboratory testing is expected. - 雇用形態は
