どんな仕事か: 【本ポジションについて】
Working under the leadership of the Retail Director and in partnership with Global retail team, this role is responsible for developing and executing retail operations strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring operational excellence across our stores. This role is responsible for leading a team of high-performing individuals in a fast-paced environment and localizing global initiatives to fit the Japanese market.
This role is to oversee cross brands of UGG, HOKA and TEVA, to lead by effective operations of store trainings, engagement events & activities, policy and procedure, store payroll efficiencies, inventory management, safety & loss prevention and store supply programs.

求められるスキルは: 必須【Education/ Experience】
Proficient in English & Japanese
Skilled in Microsoft Applications
Knowledge of Retail Pro/Oracle Retail and labor management
7-10 years in retail operations management
Proven track record in managing multiple brands/locations
Strong leadership in inventory, labor, cash, and audit management
Experience in developing high-performing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project leadership and execution skills
Strategic, creative, and proactive thinker
Effective in remote and team environments

給与はどのくらい貰えるか: 年俸制：1100万円～1230万円
