どんな仕事か: 【業務内容】

・Manage demand to purchase plan: Align inventory strategy, set safety stock levels, analyze scenarios, and execute buys for designated brands and OMNI channels. (30%)

・Balance demand and supply: Plan constraints, provide solutions, communicate challenges, and propose options in S&OP meetings. Collaborate with global partners to meet demand. (25%)

・Improve service level execution: Measure and enhance service levels, aging, and turns. Monitor inventory lifecycle and publish stock efficiency reports. (20%)

・Manage product moves: Execute within supply parameters, provide solutions for inventory gaps, and coordinate with Distribution & Logistics. Reflect PO and ASN dates in the system. (15%)

・Information hub: Provide expertise on Purchase Order delivery, OMNI channel stock availability, and inventory clearance. Support Integrated Planning initiatives. (10%)

求められるスキルは: 必須【Education/Experience】
Degree in Business Administration, analysis, or supply chain preferred
5+ years in supply/inventory planning, preferably in Footwear, Apparel, FMCG
Experience in global organizations, managing diverse needs and priorities
Adaptable to different cultures with a versatile working style

【Skills/Competencies】
Fluent in English and local language
Knowledge of planning tools (o9, BI data software, GT Nexus, Oracle EBS) is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
Project management skills preferred
Result-oriented, self-initiated, and resilient
Flexible and adaptable to change
