Automotive Microcontroller Quality Management・Plan and perform effective and efficient product qualifications and ensure that market and customer quality requirements are met
・Be responsible to safeguard delivery quality which includes participation in focus teams, task forces, crisis teams
・Support and drive continuous improvement activities to ensure our high-quality standards
・Support and use quality reporting to derive targeted measures for necessary quality
・Cooperate closely with our development teams and production sites all over the world
・Contribute to the fulfillment of ISO 26262 Functional Safety Requirements for our customers
・Drive information and documentation of product quality related topics such as quality related queries and qualification documents for customers through Sales and Marketing
- 求められるスキルは

必須 You must have...
・At least 3~5 years (or 1~3years) of relevant work experience, e.g. automotive and semiconductor
・Experienced Quality Management
・Fluent English and Japanese communication skills
Proffered you have...
・A technical or natural scientific degree (electrical engineering, microelectronics, microsystem technology, materials)
・Automotive qualification (AEC-Q100)
・Experience on working for semiconductor industry
・Study abroad experience, Working abroad experience

年俸制 740 ～950万円（年額基本給＋賞与含む）※前職給与と経験を考慮
固定残業代制（月40時間相当の固定残業代として支給 ※超過分支給有）
年俸￥7,400,000～ 基本給￥540,266～ 固定残業代￥101,400～を含む/月 - 待遇・福利厚生は
