どんな仕事か: Oversees key production and supply chain functions for a well-established automotive brand.
◆Supply Chain Management (SCM):
Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process, including parts procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships. Address and resolve issues related to delivery delays and shortages from parts suppliers.
◆Production Management:
Oversee and manage the production of finished vehicles, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to production schedules.
◆Process Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements in the production management system and SCM processes to increase efficiency and minimize disruptions.
◆Team Leadership & Development:
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to local team members. Foster skill development and ensure that the team has the tools and knowledge to succeed.
◆Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to align production goals and supply chain strategies, ensuring smooth operations.
求められるスキルは: 必須・Proven experience in supply chain management and production management within the automotive industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
・Strong knowledge of SCM systems, production management processes, and problem-solving techniques.
・Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and develop local team members.
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
・Native Japanese and Fluent English
・Knowledge and experience in automotive parts SCM and finished vehicle production management.
