KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Implement online/eFLAGSHIP strategy and drive sales, ensure profitability and growth of brand eFLAGSHIP.
? Set and monitor detail target to achieve monthly and full year sales target of eFLAGSHIP.
? Execute launch operations and daily management.
? Elevate communications and customer experience as a brand flagship by providing high-quality contents, service, and eDM communication in collaboration with marketing team.
? Develop in-depth understanding of customer online purchase experience to improve CVR and NPS.
? Increase Customer Life Time Value with various retention tactics such as exclusive offer, O2O, etc.
? Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchase rate (frequency, conversion, average order size) for eFLAGSHIP and provide data expertise to deploy & adapt the strategizing
? Track and measure site & Business performance to increase programs ROI.
? Support UIUX can collaborate with other departments smoothly and efficiently.

? More than 1-year experience in E-commerce (managed E-business for a brand or in an agency that managed it long-term for a brand)
