As a Senior Business Analyst, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Analyze and clarify requirements from business units, and identify the functions and business process improvements required for the BSS system.
- Carry out documentation in the form of requirements definition document creation.
- Convey requirements to development and testing teams, and subsequently work to review design and test scenarios.
- Manage the backlog and work with the business unit and development team to define the development scope by prioritizing the requirements; work to create a future release roadmap.

必須 ◆Mandatory Qualifications
- Excellent requirements definition and analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills; able to communicate smoothly with both development teams and customers
- Good project management skills, particularly with scheduling and co-ordination
- Ability to review test scenarios
- Team management skills (5+ people)
◆Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a BA (7 years+) in customer management systems, billing systems, and application management systems
- Experience in managing a team of 5 - 10 people (5+ years)
- BA/PJM experience in large-scale development
- Experience as PM, PMO or PDM
- Experience in logical design of NoSQL DB
- Experience working as the PIC for functions that integrate with other external systems - 雇用形態は
