どんな仕事か: 製品のシステム要求をカバーしたテストケース・テスト方法の立案や検証計画の作成、要求通りにシステムが動いているかどうかをベンチと実車にて確認、テストレポートの作成、顧客の車両テストをサポートします。
• システムテストストラテジーとプランの策定 / Development of system test strategy and test plan
• テストケースの作成と検証（社内外） / Creation and validation of test protocols/test reports (Internally and externally)
• テストレポート作成と報告（社内外） / Report on test results and status of assigned projects (Internally and externally)
• 試験装置の準備と管理 / Arrange and maintain test equipment
• 海外チームと関係構築、業務連携 / Collaborate and build relationships with the global validation team and other key stakeholders
求められるスキルは: 必須 • 日本の自動車運転免許を所持されている方/ You have a Japanese Driver's License
• 車が好きな方 / You are a Car enthusiast
• 5年以上の自動車部品テスト経験 / You have more than 5years of experiences of the automotive
product validation
• 自動車部品テストプロセスの知識 / You have knowledges of the automotive product validation
process
• ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語 / You have business level of Japanese and English skills

歓迎・工学修士号、または学士号取得後、関連する実務経験を有する方 / Master’s degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
・製品開発プロセスの知識（ASPICE） / Knowledge of product development process (ASPICE)
・Matlab、C言語、CANなどの使用経験 / Experience using Matlab, C, CAN, etc.
・整備経験 / Experience in automotive maintenance
・技術報告およびサマリー作成能力（レーダー製品の経験者歓迎） / Ability to prepare technical reports and summaries (radar product experience preferred)
・顧客対応経験 / Customer interface experience
・自動車部品テスト経験（尚可） / Automotive product validation experience (preferred)
・自動車部品テストプロセスの知識（尚可） / Knowledge of automotive product validation process (preferred)
