Lead the development of brand and communication strategy that positivly impacts clients’ businesses and consumers’ lives through the power of creativity.
Ground strategies in a thorough understanding and sharp articulation of client ambition, challenges and opportunities, leveraging insightful and inspiring truths into culture, category and target audience and their communities – drawn from data analytic (partner and proprietary database), research (desktop, qualitative and quantitive studiens, social listening) and real-world everyday observations.
Lead the development of strategic proposals and client presentations that offer strong points of view, compelling rationales and engaging storytelling.
Lead the development of experience journeys and connection plans acrsoss traditional media, digital, and social platforms (both paids and owned).
- 求められるスキルは

必須 8+ years of experience in strategic planning roles at creative, digital, or integrated agencies.
Proven track record in developing brand and communication strategies - especially global-to-local, local-to-global assignments.
Capability in social media and content strategy (paid and owned), including platform-specific planning and influencer strategy, and familiarity with performance marketing, digital media planning, and measurement frameworks is a plus.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Japanese (business level or higher preferred) with excellent presentation skills.
