どんな仕事か: Lead and execute Country Medical Affairs Plans (CMAP) for assigned therapeutic areas
Medical strategy (CMAP) ・Lead the development and execution of CMAP, drive cross-functional medical strategy, support global initiatives, and oversee scientific insight generation and field medical activities.

Scientific insights ・Collect and analyze scientific insights from external experts to inform local and global medical strategies.

Scientific exchange / Advisory board meeting / Medical program・Build scientific partnerships with external experts, lead advisory boards and medical programs, and collaborate with global teams to support medical strategy and scientific initiatives.

Medical education program・Identify unmet educational medical needs, and develop and execute country medical educational programs in alignment with franchise strategy led by ED

Information & insights of early pipeline products・Collect and analyze medical insights on early pipeline assets and provide strategic medical input to support development and business opportunities.
求められるスキルは: 必須必須条件（資格・スキル・資質）：
・医師、薬剤師、薬学博士あるいは生命科学分野の博士号を有する方、もしくは生命科学分野の修士号を有し、同分野の博士号の取得を計画している。
・2年以上のヘルスケア分野における臨床・研究経験を有する。
・学術論文誌（査読あり）での論文発表経験、あるいは学会発表経験を有する。
・国内における製薬企業に関連する規制、保険償還制度、臨床研究に関連するガイドライン等や科学的データを深く理解することができ、高度な科学的バックグラウンドを有する。
・担当疾患/治療領域に対する高い学習意欲を有する。
・メディカル戦略を理解し、実行する能力。
・複雑な医学的情報を明確かつ端的に説明できる。
・傾聴スキルを有する。
・コーチングスキルを有する。
・チーム員としての協調性を有する。
・高い倫理観とコンプライアンス意識、誠実さ
・言語日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベルの英語力（目安：TOEIC 860点以上相当の英語力）グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションができる。

給与はどのくらい貰えるか: 年俸制 800 ~ 1500 万円（ご経験による）
