求められるスキルは: 必須・8+ years of experience in account management within an advertising, creative, media, or integrated agency.
・Proven success leading large-scale integrated campaigns and complex client businesses.
・Strong leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, or managing team members.
・Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
・Strong commercial acumen, including revenue management, profitability, and forecasting.
・Ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and drive decisions.
・Experience working within regional and global organizations.
・Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
