Are you ready to help shape patient access to breakthrough treatments in obesity and cardiovascular care in Japan? This is an exciting opportunity to join a Market Access team at a pivotal stage of growth, supporting two of the most dynamic therapeutic areas in healthcare while building your expertise and long-term impact.
The Role
As Pricing Manager, you will lead strategic pricing and market access initiatives for our Obesity and Cardiovascular portfolio in Japan. Working closely with HEOR and Government Affairs within the same organization, you will play an active role in shaping the evidence, policy, and pricing strategies that enable patient access to innovative therapies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead pricing strategy development, target price setting, pricing dossier preparation, and price negotiations with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare （MHLW） for assigned products.

・大卒以上
・製薬・医療機器・ヘルスケア業界における市場アクセス関連業務経験
・薬価戦略立案および償還価格交渉の実務経験3年以上
・クロスファンクショナルなプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・グローバルまたはリージョナルステークホルダーとの協業経験
・日本語ビジネスレベル以上
・英語での業務遂行が可能なコミュニケーション能力（会話レベル以上）歓迎 ・Regulatory Affairs（薬事）／Medical Affairs／Marketing／Finance／Health Economics／Data Analytics
