どんな仕事か: グローバル共通システム依存の脱却に向け、自社プラットフォーム・API・Webアプリの設計・開発・運用を牽引。AIツールの活用やメンタリングを通じ、プロダクトの信頼性と開発品質の向上を推進します。
◼️業務内容
・プラットフォーム開発の技術方針を定め、計画を策定する。
・APIやサービスの設計・実装・運用を主導する。
・AI開発ツールを活用し、生成コードの品質を検証する。
・速度、信頼性、セキュリティ、保守性、コストを考慮して技術判断を行う。
・社内チームや外部パートナーと技術設計・開発基準を調整する。
・設計からリリースまでプロジェクトを主導し、進捗・リスクを管理する。
・テスト、コードレビュー、監視、文書化、デプロイの品質を改善する。
・技術指導を通じてエンジニアを育成する（人事管理なし）。
・関係部門に技術的背景、意思決定、進捗を共有する。
・バックエンドやWebアプリケーションを開発・保守し、本番環境の成果に責任を持つ。

◼️Responsibilities
・Set technical direction and plans for platform initiatives.
・Lead API and service design, implementation, and operation.
・Use AI-assisted tools and validate generated code.
・Balance speed, reliability, security, maintainability, and cost.
・Coordinate technical designs and standards with internal teams and external partners.
・Lead projects from design to launch, managing risks and milestones.
・Improve testing, code reviews, observability, documentation, and deployment.
・Mentor engineers through technical guidance.
・Align engineering, product, and operations stakeholders.
・Maintain critical backend and web applications and own production outcomes.
求められるスキルは: 必須・Web・プラットフォーム開発経験8年以上
・AI支援開発ツールの利用経験と成果物の検証能力
・分散サービス、RESTful API、外部連携の設計・構築経験
・PHP（Laravel）、Node.js等のバックエンド開発スキル
・JavaScript／TypeScriptとモダンなフロントエンド開発経験
・認証・認可、API・Webセキュリティの知識・AWS等のクラウド運用、監視、インシデント対応経験
・優れた英語力
・8+ years of web and platform engineering experience, including IC technical leadership.
・Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and output validation.
・Experience designing distributed services, RESTful APIs, and external integrations.
・Backend skills in PHP (Laravel), Node.js, or similar technologies.
・JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend development experience.
・Knowledge of authentication, authorization, API, and web security.
・Cloud operations experience with AWS or similar, including monitoring and incident response.
・Excellent English skills.

給与はどのくらい貰えるか: 年俸制：880万円～ 1100万円(12分割で支給)
基本給：660,000円～
固定残業代：73,333円～、 15時間（深夜残業のみ支給）含む/月　超過分は別途支給
