どんな仕事か: This role focuses on designing, building, and evolving cloud infrastructure for autonomous driving development, data processing, and model training. You will work directly with engineering teams to turn their needs into shared infrastructure and gradually take ownership of the company’s overall cloud architecture. This is a hands-on role based in Japan.
・Understand requirements across algorithm, data, and engineering teams, identify common needs, and design practical, reusable infrastructure.
・Build compute, storage, networking, and IAM infrastructure on AWS and other cloud platforms.
・Build and operate Kubernetes platforms that make development environments, data processing, and training workloads easy to use.
・Assess and improve existing systems, including deployment automation, monitoring, incident recovery, security, and cost optimization.
求められるスキルは: 必須 Strong communication skills and ability to align teams and clarify requirements.
Hands-on experience building and operating AWS cloud infrastructure in production.
Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, containers, Kubernetes, and troubleshooting.
Experience with Terraform, CI/CD, and automation using Python, Go, or similar languages.
Understanding of storage, GPU computing, and workload scheduling for AI/ML workloads.
Ability to maintain existing systems, deliver services, and provide clear documentation.
Business-level English and must be based in Japan.

・Hands-on experience with Tailscale, including connectivity across cloud environments, access control, and troubleshooting.
・Infrastructure experience in autonomous driving, robotics, or machine learning platforms.
・Experience with GPU clusters, distributed training, large-scale data storage, or batch processing platforms.
・Experience with hybrid cloud, multiple clusters, cloud migrations, or cost optimization.
