どんな仕事か: This role focuses on developing reliable and scalable system software for autonomous vehicles, bridging sensors, computing platforms, and vehicle networks to ensure stable hardware-software integration and data flow.
- Designing system architectures and software-hardware interfaces for next-generation vehicle platforms.
- Developing system-level services for hardware management and vehicle network communication.
- Building automation frameworks for system initialization, peripheral management, and cold-start reliability.
- Developing and maintaining Hardware Abstraction Layers (HAL) across hardware platforms.
- Analyzing system logs and sensor data flow to ensure data integrity.
- Developing monitoring and validation tools to assess hardware health and runtime system reliability during testing.
求められるスキルは: 必須・Educational background in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
・Proven experience with C, C++, or Python within integrated or embedded systems.
・Strong knowledge of Linux environments including system administration, networking tools, and shell scripting.
・Understanding of automotive communication protocols such as Ethernet and CAN.
・Ability to write clear and accurate technical specifications and reports.
・Strong collaborative mindset with a proactive learning and support attitude.
・Working proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Chinese, Japanese, and English.

歓迎・Experience with or knowledge of ROS2.
・Familiarity with autonomous driving sensor technologies including Camera, Radar, LiDAR, GNSS, and IMU.
・Experience in system-level development and hardware-software integration design.
・Strong communication skills in English or Chinese.
