This position is responsible for Sales planning & Purchase planning of whole E-commerce team to maximize the net sales and profitability.
Since E-commerce is continuously growing in the company, it is clear that E-commerce is our key sales channel and this position is important with no doubt.
Sales planning
Develop sales plan to achieve the sales budget & margin vs previous year result
Purchase planning
Develop product purchase plan of Triumph, AMO STYLE and Sloggi brand in cooperation with Supply chain
Control purchase demand in accordance with sales result every week
Control inventory to maximize the net sales including stock reduction using happy bag bargain(Fuku-bukuro)
Product planning of E-commerce limited lingerie
Plan the limited products (special products only for online) in cooperation with OEM team
Internal coordination
Negotiate with MD, Supply planning, Distribution center, Central bargain and OEM to make sure for product supply for e-commerce and shipment
- 求められるスキルは
-
必須 1. Business knowledge of E-Commerce EC administration, managing vendors and sales planning
2. B to C experiences in retail consumer goods industry with managing lots of SKUs
3. Business experience +5 years
4. Excellent communication skill & leadership to negotiate internally for the best output
5. Business level of English is preferable
