・Lead corporate wide initiatives with Digital & Media for maximization of ROI of Media Investment through collaboration with 4 divisions.
・Design & implement Digital & Media strategies from a consolidated company point of view.
・Enrich and optimize Digital & Media strategy of each division/brand by timely coaching and training based on company's Digital & Media strategies.
・Implement HQ direction to the divisions/brands while consolidating the needs of Japan local and reporting to HQ to influence their decisions.
・Make regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders both in Japan and HQ
・Build strong governance of the media decision process and manage the process.
・Provide guidance and monitor/ control annual media budget from a consolidated company point of view.
・Manage the agencies regarding media planning, buying, people performance perspective as well as remuneration
・Build & Maintain Strong Relationship with Key Media Partners, mainly digital platformers. - 求められるスキルは
-
必須 ・ More than 10 years experience to take care of Digital & Media both in Ad agencies and in manufactures of consumer goods. (In case of compromising, Manufactures only is preferred to Agencies only.)
・ Hands-on experience of tools in digital, adops, dashboards) ; Google Analytics 4, DV360, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Portal.
・Basic knowledge of media cost in financial statement context
・ Good communication & presentation skills both in Japanese and English
・ Good management skill
・ Good at PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, etc.歓迎 ・ Experience of PR including e-PR
・ Experience of Community management
