Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
To manage and execute plan and implement brand PR communication strategy in consistency with the international strategy. (digital PR & tranditional PR)
Increase the brand awareness & "love-Brand" to target segment.
Implement efficient PR/digital touch point and monitor ROI.
Link digital communication to BTQ/SHOP to bring traffic.
Develop media relations and external networks
(Influences, celebrities. Magazine editors, beauty journalists etc.)
Represent and be the brand spokesperson for external targets including celebrities, socialite and bloggers
Organize PR events with good brand presentation.
Manage brand initial site and take initiative in e-com prep.
Maintain and protect the brand's reputation, anticipate and manage crisis

必須 Must Have Aspects 必須項目
Minimum 3-year experience in digital communication such as Ad agency, experiencing in cosmetics, fashion, jewelry or consumer product brands
Excellent interpersonal skill, editorial communication skill with good knowledge of degital function, presentation skill both in Japanese and business conversational level of English
Project management skill (strong planning and execution skill)
Think out of box type
Creativity, Metier in beauty/fashion
PC & Microsoft Office skills
Preferred Qualification 希望項目
Ideally cosmetics background
Knows well digital PR and marketing
Global company experience, with excellent communication ability in both Japanese and English
Knowledge in Fragrance / skincare.
