Mission
Division Partner Team Manager is responsible for defining the team vision and leading Division Partner Team to achieve itsmission, with empowering and developing team members. The role is accountable for developing value proposition forDivision Partner Team and driving operational excellence including leading brand-specific sourcing projects as well as ensuringpurchasing compliance. The role is also responsible for successfully managing and developing relationships with stakeholdersand delivering values for their business without compromising governannce.

必須 Must Have Aspects 必須項目
1.Working experience in Indirect purchasing for at least 7 years, preferably in FMCG, retail, or pharmaceutical industry.
2.Strategic sourcing planning and execution - experience in cross functional projects.
3.Strong leadership and team collaboration mind setfunctional projects.
4.Self-driver on process improvement and change management.
5.Great communication and negotiation skills
6.Strong data analysis & Presentation skill (Excel, PPT)
7.Fluent Business English. Japanese preferred.
