To develop the global marketing strategy within the company.●Develop and implement the marketing strategy in conjunction with global stakeholders.
●Develop the annual marketing plan and budget to support strategy and objectives.
●Develop and manage campaigns and promotional activities with regional execution teams and ensure all elements are executed on time.
●Align with Product Development and Engineering teams to develop marketing plans and resources for the launch of new products.
●Manage the development of marketing support material for sales representatives.
●Develop social media plan in collaboration with Global Digital Marketing Specialist and coordinate on execution.
●Work with the team on trade shows, exhibition and conference opportunities as required, including the development of online events and materials such webinars and interactive content.
●Analyze the reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and propose improvements. - 求められるスキルは

必須 ●Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
●3-5 years min. of proven experience in marketing roles.
●Fluent English communication. (written and spoken)
●Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies.
●Demonstrated ability to effectively work with cross-cultural and geographically dispersed teams.歓迎 ●Experience working for a Multinational B2B organization
