■Team mission
"To provide comprehensive legal support for business and corporate activities, effectively managing and resolving legal issues within the group."

■Day-to-day responsibilities
・Respond to inquiries from other members regarding internal processes, such as a contract review process and contact execution process
・Bind, seal, ship, collect, filing of contracts and other legal documents, which sometimes require working at the office
・Communicate with external vendors, including external law firms, regarding administrative matters, and process invoices from them
・Manage, maintain and update internal databases such as a contract database, and internal systems
・Other administrative works in the team
求められるスキルは: 必須 ■Required Experience:
・Experienced paralegal with a background in law firms or tech startups
・Proficient in reviewing and drafting contracts in Japanese
・Skilled in utilizing Office Suite, GSuite, and open to using various SaaS, such as Slack
・Ability to support office procedures and handle paperwork
・Excellent communication skills with native Japanese proficiency and conversational English

□Nice to have experience:
・Proficient in reviewing and drafting contracts in English
・Experienced in managing contract databases and other systems
・Familiar with corporate registration processes
・Business level English
