The Early Career Program Manager oversees Analyst and Associate experiences for Japan businesses, managing processes including:
Performance Management and Compensation: Leading year-end processes, managing compensation data and reporting, executing promotion processes.
Career Development & Mobility Opportunities: Managing mobility, providing career coaching, overseeing career development rotations.
Engagement, Immersion & Offboarding: Partnering on talent immersion, monitoring morale and experience, conducting exit interviews, supporting engagement events.
Manager Capabilities: Engaging with managers to develop junior talent.
Employee Relations: Collaborating on resolving employee relations issues.
Learning: Implementing induction training programs for Analysts and Associates in partnership with the Learning team.
This role ensures smooth management of early career programs and fosters talent development and engagement. - 求められるスキルは
-
必須 College graduate preferred, with 2-3 years experience in campus recruiting or program management.
Strong interest in HR and program design, with service-oriented mindset.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, adept at handling large datasets.
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong prioritization skills, able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
