どんな仕事か: Key Responsibilities:

● Understand company's lipid products, market trends, and customer needs. Develop business strategy, manage pricing, and execute sales procedures.
● Research new drug development pipelines related to lipid products. Create and update sales tools for efficient sales activities.
● Utilize global network to gather and share information on global lipid product trends.
● Identify and develop new business opportunities for lipid products. Strengthen relationships with existing customers.
● Collaborate with research and manufacturing departments to promote lipid products effectively. Create and update technical materials in Japanese.
● Plan sales activities for lipid product customers. Develop sales budgets and work towards their achievement.
Align product characteristics with customer needs. Develop a sales pipeline for future sales opportunities.
求められるスキルは: 必須 Experience & Skills:

● Experience in business development, sales, or marketing for pharmaceutical companies' new drug development pipelines
● Business Level English
● Success stories and achievements in business development, sales, or marketing through personal ingenuity
● Motivated to expand business with existing and new customers of lipid products in line with the company's pharmaceutical raw material division's strategy
● Interested in collaborating with domestic and international research and development departments to match customer needs with products and develop new products
● Ability to devise optimal actions for various problems, collaborate with relevant departments, and accomplish duties
