どんな仕事か: To take initiatives in managing existing materials/parts from existing overseas suppliers.

-Lead/take the initiatives to improve the daily operation and report to manager accordingly as the senior staff of Overseas Procurement Group.
-Instruct existing overseas suppliers (incl. forwarders) and improve the existing materials/parts through analysis.

Improve and optimize the purchasing operation by developing new suppliers (incl. forwarders) and materials/parts from the view point of stability of quality/cost/delivery term/development capability/financial aspects.

Execute the daily operation like bellows according to the production and delivery plan.
-Obtaining estimations
-Purchasing price registration
-Order approval and order form placement
-Warehousing inspection arrangement
-Delivery delay handling and urgent order

-Investigate and confirm the forecast and order quantity to overseas suppliers in relation with Production Planning and Sales dept.
-Summarize and Inform Finance dept. of the customs clearance charge.
求められるスキルは: 必須 English – Business level is minimum required
Experiences in overseas procurement in materials/purchasing department of manufacturing industry.

歓迎 More than 5 years experiences in international logistics field.
More than 5 years experiences in Kaizen activities.
