どんな仕事か: Always keep the full overview of maturity of Connected Services, identify where work needs to be done in order to release the features to the customer in time
Responsible for keeping a fleet of about 30 test cars connected, all relevant Connected Services activated and ready to test by Connected Services testers and other teams
Use a variety of different tools to troubleshoot the Connectivity from the car to the backend if Connected Services are not working as expected
Regular hands-on testing of all Connected Features, creating error tickets for found issues and regularly following up on the status, drive the fixing process
Coordinate a small number of external testers who support you in testing of Connected Services, distribute test cases and collect results
Regularly evaluate and report the overall maturity to Telematics System Integration team, Connected Services counterparts and management in German office, escalation of blockers
求められるスキルは: 必須 ersatile system thinker with a track record of driving complex technical projects in cross-functional teams
B.Eng. / B.Sc. / M.Eng. / M.Sc. in computer science, electrical, automotive, mechanical engineering or equivalent education
4+ years working experience in automotive EE integration/development or related technical field
2+ years experience in automotive Connected Features integration, development or validation
Ability to build up and maintain a strong network with various stakeholders across continents
Experience using automotive diagnostic tools such as DTS Monaco, ET Framework, Vector tools etc.
High enthusiasm for automotive industry and tech industry in general
Fluent English is mandatory
Japanese driver’s license or possible to obtain
