Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the position involves collaborating with a sales team, clinical specialists, and global/regional marketing teams to implement the growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute marketing strategies based on solid market and competitive analysis.
● Conduct internal and external market and competitive analysis through customer visits with sales representatives, market research, and communication with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
● Manage budgets and sales forecasts based on funnel management.
● Support annual strategic review planning.
● Plan and execute marketing communications, including trade shows, seminars, and the development and deployment of sales aids.
● Provide sales training by developing clinical knowledge and deploying clinical expertise in the commercial field with clinical specialists.
● Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
● Plan new product launches and manage product life cycles.
● Ensure sustainable supply management through supply and inventory planning.
● Travel approximately 30% of the time for customer visits with sales representatives, and to attend conferences and tradeshows. - 求められるスキルは

必須 Experience and Requirements:
Required:
● Over 3 years of experience in basic marketing within the healthcare industry.
● A growth mindset and a sense of ownership for actions.
● Comfort working in a diverse environment.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Native-level Japanese and conversant English (fluency preferred).
Preferred:
