Key Responsibilities:
● Provide data support for automated cell culture analysis equipment and adjust cell density, viability, and auto-sampler during setup.
● Train users on equipment operation and maintenance at adoption sites.
● Review Japanese translations of equipment manuals and documentation.
● Support field engineers in their duties.
● Collaborate with US headquarters and APAC team as needed.
● Offer on-site support when required.
● Gather information on arising issues, report to headquarters and APAC, and discuss countermeasures.

必須 Qualifications:
● Experience in cell culture in pharmaceutical companies, CMOs, or CROs, focusing on manufacturing or research.
● Involvement in new drug R&D processes.
● Time management, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
● Proficiency in email communication and strong reading comprehension in English.
● Fluent in English conversation with excellent presentation skills.
● Knowledge of GMP regulations and validation (IQ/OQ).
● Experience with laboratory applications and statistical analysis of lab data.
● Curious, eager to learn, and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
● Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
