About the Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and key stakeholders within the TX. This role involves understanding the business objectives, identifying human resources solutions, and driving HR initiatives to enhance overall business performance. The HRBP will also foster a high-performance culture, manage employee relations, and support talent management processes.

必須 ・Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
・5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
・Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
・Proven expertise in employee relations and performance management.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
・Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
・Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.歓迎 ・Experience in a tech startup or fast-growing company.
・Knowledge of industry-specific HR challenges and solutions.
・Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
