・Brand definition
‐Define the Brand as it relates to products and act as brand guardian to ensure brand definition longevity
‐Develop the Brand upstream strategy and develop key proof points and signature features and moments
・Brand deployment
‐Deploy the Brand definition across upstream functions and ensure its effective understanding and implementation
‐Product planning [V]
‐Design
‐R&D and Engineering
‐Innovation [T]
‐Deploy the brand internally to ensure full understanding and adoption by all employees for upstream functions
‐Ensure effective Brand Governance to ensure brand compliance at all product milestones and consistency between products (portfolio mapping): raise issues at I-OR level for arbitration as required
・Measurement
‐Deliver and manage research and customer insight requirements for the brand and marketing teams
‐Define the MTP roadmap and OaO targets
・Identify function and region action plans to improve brand strength; manage all brand analysis and reporting
- 求められるスキルは
-
必須 ・3-5 years of relevant experience in:
‐Automotive Product Planning / Design / R&D (or other relevant upstream experience)
‐Brand Management (or demonstrate strong understanding of principles of effective brand management)
・Strong track record in cross-functional working and motivation
・Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
・English language fluency and experience working for large international organisations
