• Develop product cells for EV customers.
• Design to enhance next-gen batteries (e.g., lithium metal, solid-state) to meet customer needs.
• Analyze cathode/anode surfaces to address issues like low efficiency and swelling.
• Innovate materials/methods by understanding electrolyte-electrode surface reactions.
• Execute and report on DOE plans using various cells and platforms for feedback.
• Prepare test protocols/specs with an understanding of RFI/RFQ for customer projects.
• Manage documentation (control plan, checklist, BOM, SOP, specs).
• Conduct failure analysis and create DFMEA documents.
• Optimize critical process parameters to ensure cell consistency.
• Provide solutions for production and quality issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material/test quality.
• Communicate with relevant departments on performance and quality checks.
• Collaborate with internal teams on cell development.
• Visualize ideas and adapt swiftly to project changes. - 求められるスキルは

必須 • MS or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical, Polymer, or Material Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in lithium metal chemistry and battery component design
• Experience designing cathode surfaces for lithium metal and solid-state batteries
• Strong understanding of interphase reactions between electrodes and electrolytes
• Knowledge of Li-ion battery design and failure analysis
• Hands-on experience in cell building, testing, and analysis
• Significant experience with DFMEA processes
• Experience in DOE for performance and yield improvement
• Familiarity with electrochemical battery behavior analysis
• Experience in cycle life performance estimation
• Skilled in designing battery test plans and validation controls
• Knowledgeable in RFI/RFQ processes
