Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, such as organizational restructuring, change management, employee engagement programs, and HR process improvements.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure HR practices are current and compliant.
求められるスキルは: 必須 Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and project management
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing HR projects, such as organizational restructuring and change management
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Experience working in a global and highly diverse organization
