■Department Overview
Our IT Planning Department (ITPD)'s mission is "Contribute to Businesses by IT Finance" and has responsible for the management accounting of development cost (Tech cost), which includes budgeting, forecasting, various analyses, and reporting.
In this position, I would manage global project planning and execution of financial processing with international teams.

■Position Details
This position will be assigned to the group responsible for global projects.
Main responsibilities would be as follows

(1) Project Planning and Management
- Develop and create new business operation processes in IT financial area
- Enhance and improve processes by planning project
(2) System enhancement/Improvement
- Create system development requirements based on new processes
- Communicate system development team to proceed with projects
(3) Operation support
- Work with the global financial team to support operations
- Solving the processing issue with related teams
求められるスキルは: 必須 Mandatory Qualifications:
- 1+ years Experience to make/manage the business operation process in finance and accounting
- 1+ years Experience for projects as management, PMO or leader with Global team
- Fluent level of Japanese and English both

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
