どんな仕事か
● Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the local client portfolio
● Deliver revenue performance for the Company’s publisher partners through ongoing management of DSPs, Trading Desks, Agencies and Brands
● Provide training and support to buyers based within the region on the full buy-side product portfolio
● Work closely with the Company’s seller teams to identify opportunities for publishers to grow RTB revenue (Programmatic Guaranteed, Private Marketplace & Curated Deals, Open Exchange)
● Match traffic with buyers based on geographic/contextual/demographic targeting, impression volumes and eCPM performance
● Coordinate with internal groups to launch new campaigns and troubleshoot existing campaigns
● Maximizethevalue of existing campaigns and deals
● DriveDisplay, Mobile & Video Revenue Forecast performance accurately within territory
● This role to be able to collaborate with the client’s senior POC

求められるスキルは
必須 ● BA/BSdegreerequired or equivalent work experience in relevant discipline; post-graduate degree a plus
● 5+year’sexperience working in advertising industry or similar function
● 2+year’ssupervisory experience managing and leading teams in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial company
● Experience in ad tech industry preferred
● Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented job a plus
● Experience with a global business preferred
● Understanding of digital advertising industry, and programmatic market a plus
● Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
● Ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to prospects/clients during sales processes
● Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of the organization.
歓迎 Technical Competencies (if required):
● Strongcomputer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
● Priorexperience with ad management systems, mobile platforms, mobile SDKs, cookies a plus
● Experience with SDK, Mediation, Mobile Video, Rewarded Video, and Ad Serving technologies
● Anunderstanding of how systems work together in RTB (both open auction and private marketplaces), Automated Guaranteed, and Ad Serving landscapes
● Strong understanding of Internet advertising is a must (account set up, inventory and tag management, click reconciliation, etc.)
●Buisiness English communication skills (verbal and reading, writing) would be appreciated.
