なぜ募集しているのか: Product Manager - Advanced Patient Monitoring
In this role, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful product launches while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies, working closely with physicians, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive market success for medical device products.
どんな仕事か: Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Marketing
● Serve as a key subject matter expert in physician meetings and manage KOL relationships in collaboration with sales representatives
● Develop and execute marketing strategies, including product materials and programs that support launch and commercialization initiatives
● Create and deliver comprehensive sales force training and product marketing materials
● Drive the development of marketing messages aligned with regional strategies, current literature, and regulatory/legal requirements
● Lead Congress Management project components and business intelligence activities
求められるスキルは: 必須 Education & Experience
● Minimum 5 years of product management experience in the medical device industry

Required Skills
● Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong interpersonal abilities with proven consultative and relationship management experience
● Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities
● Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, including:
- Market share analysis
- Pricing strategies
- Average selling price (ASP) tracking
- Competitive landscape assessment
● Demonstrated ability to develop accurate short-term and long-term product forecasts
● Fundamental clinical knowledge of hospital environments, clinical practices, and reimbursement policies
