テスラは 世界の持続可能エネルギーへの移行を加速することを企業ミッションに、 EV(電気自動車)や蓄電池などを開発している会社です。Tesla Motors is looking for an experienced eCommerce Specialist to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This role will be responsible for all aspects of website management for Tesla’s online accessories and merchandise sales portal. The ideal candidate will be well versed in the technical aspects of an online sales portal; completing demand forecasting, stock replenishment and the ability to work with other departments to identify and implement promotion opportunities. A high level of customer service acumen is required. The role may require travel as needed and directed by manager.
・Website management – adding and removing products as needed, working with Customer Service and Logistics providers to resolve issues with customer issues
・Demand forecasting and stock review/ordering
・Order status investigation and issue resolution
・Returns processing
・Identifying potential market specific products
・Working with other departments to identify promotion opportunities
- 求められるスキルは
-
必須 ・3+ years’ experience in a similar role
・Proficiency in Elastic Path eCommerce tool highly regarded
・Fluency in English and Japanese
・Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions required
・Experience in eCommerce management
・Customer service focused mentality
・MS Office Suite
・Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
・Maintain and perform top level professional integrity and appearance as a parts advisor
・Dealer automotive service experience a plus - 雇用形態は
- 正社員 ※試用期間6ヵ月
試用期間中は「契約社員」ですが、給与・待遇は本採用後と変わりません。
試用期間明けには必ず正社員になります。 - どこで働くか

- 給与はどのくらい貰えるか

年俸制400万円～ ※1/12 を月々支給
上記には、固定残業代月額7.4万円～（40時間分）が逆算されて含みます。時間超過分については別途支給いたします。 - 待遇・福利厚生は
