・Design communication strategies and drive social usage and adoption of shorts through the power of paid and organic social media.
・Constant experimentation and content innovations by identifying breakthrough content opportunities
・Analyze successes, failures, learnings and way forward on initiatives and experiments
・Drive conversations between client and internal stakeholders for performance centric social engagement
・Work with internal and external partners to identify content ideas as well as drive Shorts adoption
・Execute go－to－market plans and campaigns for based on the market trends
・Scope involves:
・Social channel and content calendar management across Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook for client expectation.
・Develop content syndication strategy and act as gate keeper as well as strategic negotiator.
・Community building and responses
・Reporting and measurement

必須 ・5＋ years of experience in social media management
・3＋ years of experience in people management
・Prior experience with sales writing and creative direction
・Advanced stakeholder engagement skills
・Background in app marketing is ideal
・Fluent level Japanese and English
