なぜ募集しているのか: Position: Public Relations Specialist

A leading scientific research and technology company is seeking a candidate to plan and execute Public Relations (PR) activities to establish and enhance awareness and evaluation of its Japan Group's business (consisting of six Japanese subsidiaries under the parent company's umbrella).
どんな仕事か: Responsibilities:
● Enhance awareness and reputation of the company's business by planning and executing PR strategies in coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
● Lead the development, production and launch of PR tactics with review and approval from key stakeholders.
● Partner with our commercial team to help you develop the right content.
● Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR initiatives.
● Maximize the effectiveness of PR efforts by coordinating corporate communications, internal communications, and other relevant tactics with internal stakeholders.
● Comply with global brand regulations and legal standards and implement best practices.
● Conduct practical process improvement (PPI) to provide optimal PR content.
● Support the communications team in the execution of projects that require human resource support. Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Community Action Council
求められるスキルは: 必須 Required Qualifications and Experience:

● Bachelor's degree or higher
● 3+ years as dedicated PR professional
● Native Japanese, business-level English
● Excellent communication: verbal, written, editing
● English proficiency for international collaboration
● Ability to convey complex topics to external audiences
● Project ownership in cross-functional teams
● Strong planning and prioritization; deadline-oriented
● Quick learner with industry understanding
● Experience building stakeholder relationships
● Self-motivated, decisive, initiative-taking
● Adherence to communication standards and regulations
● Passion for challenges and learning
● Skilled in information control and crisis management
