どんな仕事か: The Agency Development Director working in the Brands & Agencies team paves the path for Taboola’s sales and partnership efforts with agency holding companies and large independent media agencies & brands in Japan. This person will uncover & develop sales opportunities, as well as lead & sign partnerships with holding companies, large independent agencies and/or their subsidiaries as well as select direct clients. In this role, they will collaborate with and be heavily supported by our Sales, Account Management, Product, Finance, and Legal teams.
求められるスキルは: 必須・5+ years of experience working within or alongside holding group agencies.
・Positive reputation and relationships across senior leaders at agency holding groups.
・Vast knowledge of the Japan media industry landscape, with a digital specialisation.
・Proven track record of obtaining and closing high value sales opportunities.
・Outstanding persuasive communication and presentation skills, with strong ability to communicate complex solutions to a range of audiences.
・A win-win-win mindset of exceptional collaboration, positive engagement, and focus on success through new business development.
・Deep understanding of the tools used by agencies to trade digital campaigns: data, brand safety, brand lift, DSPs, measurement, targeting and more.
