国内外大手機関投資家を顧客とする様々なセパレートアカウントを運用している為、多様なストラクチャーを扱っており、不動産アセットマネージャーとして幅広い実務経験を積むことができます。- Working alongside other members of the Asset Management team with day to day tasks to maximize the value of the assets under management
- Daily communications and interactions with external Property Managers, Building Managers, and any other third-party service providers involved with the Company’s assets under management
- Participating in periodic meetings and calls with clients/investors with regards to the assets under management
- Producing and monitoring portfolio cashflow including budgeting and execution of business plans
- Working with accounting firms, tax advisors and fund administrators re ongoing affairs of SPC and other investment structures
- Working with third -party service providers for the SPCs reporting including various tax filings and SPCs audits, and preparing for financial covenants such as DSCR for lenders
- Producing analytical work in relation to investors reporting - Preparing instructions to outside service providers and trust banks
