■Position Details
Product Lead for the digital marketing platform such as DMP, Tracking, Reporting and Data Sync.
Rakuten Ichiba is a top e-commerce service in Japan and one of the largest advertisers in the world. In this position, you will be responsible for working with the marketing team and business product teams to develop digital marketing initiatives to contribute to Rakuten Ichiba's growth, devising the technical solutions and working with each development teams to drive the platform development.
求められるスキルは: 必須 Mandatory Qualifications:
・Strong domain expertise in technical background
・Problem-solving aptitude, discover the issue, propose best solution for it
・Experience in planning projects, requirement definitions and document creation for product requirements and functional specs
・Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data of customers or business operations
・Experience in design user story and customer journey
・Stakeholder management skill

Desired Qualifications:
・BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or background in software engineering
・Experience in project management
・Proven experience in product management for E-commerce
・Knowledge of travel and hospitality industry
・Experience in evangelize the product
