どんな仕事か: Key Job Accountabilities / 主要職務　
Monitor marketing expenses for both brands & build the budget and trends
Control of development costs and SG&A in Pre Budget/Budget and Trend exercises : management of the Risk&Ops (no overruns as a % of turnover) / ROI on development spendings/ Monitor HR costs and T&E
Challenge the teams in order to optimize costs and efficiency of activities (e.g. marketing costs, purchase of products & services, value analysis, benchmarks)
Produce monthly reporting and KPIs within his/her area of responsibility
Coordination and Reporting with HQ in Paris
Support the brands and work closely with purchasing team to implement the contracts with our preferred suppliers and comply with our internal rules. Lead the cost assessment for the shootings and create the synergies from working for two brands
Contribute to the achievement of the brand's SBWA objectives: know the strategy and be an actor in its deployment on its perimeter

Strong analytical skills.
Software management (ERP like SAP, and other finance reporting tools)
Minimum 7 years experiences in finance or related area with 2 successul experiences
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Well versed with working in a multi-cultural and global organization

Preferred Qualification /　希望項目
FP&A experience in FMCG or Retail industry
Experience in finance services (Investment banking, Securities, accounting firms etc)
