Manage Grid Automation sales growth in Japan for the Automation & Communication, Grid Edge Solutions portfolio directly and in coordination with the domestic and regional sales organization.
The Grid Automation portfolio covers a wide range of solutions (Products, Systems, Services) across Substation Automation, Communications, Network Control, Grid Edge Solutions (Microgrid, BESS) and Enterprise Software Solutions, which are applicable to a large number of segments among which Power, Transmission & Distribution and other utilities, Transportation, Renewables and large industrial customers.
For this position the focus is on growing sales for Substation Automation, Communications and Grid Edge with Japan customers, for both domestic and export projects led from Japan. - 求められるスキルは

必須 Leadership skills to be able to be persuasive and rapidly command credibility and respect to be able to drive sales actions
Possess excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written) and be well-versed in representing the company externally
Ability and willingness to develop sufficient knowledge of the wide Grid Automation portfolio (technical and commercial) and solutions are to be demonstrated and offered successfully
