<Key Responsibilities>
・Develop strategic plans using tools and data, aligned with campaign objectives and the competitive landscape.
・Translate business information into clear communication challenges.
・ Define audience and targeting strategies aligned with communication objectives.
・Establish KPIs and Measurement Plans to evaluate campaign performance.
・ Design advertising effectiveness measurement frameworks to ensure accountability.
・Analyze consumer behavior across channels and technologies to build comprehensive, integrated communication strategies.
・ Create customized marketing programs and strategies through customer journey mapping and ecosystem design.
・Assess client business and competitive environment, summarize core challenges, and craft connection statements that link consumer insights to solutions.
・Organize and interpret the media landscape, including Japan’s unique media environment. - 求められるスキルは

必須 ・5+ years of experience in media, brand strategy, analytics, digital strategy, or marketing research.
・Strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals.
・Basic knowledge of branding, media planning, and market research.
・Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in PowerPoint and visual storytelling.
・Ability to clearly articulate the rationale, content, and execution of communication plans.
・Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
・Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and develop innovative solutions.
・Collaborative approach to building client relationships and working across teams.
・Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes.
・Eagerness to learn and adapt.
